Return and refund policy

Exchange of goods or services:

The customer can exchange the device after receiving it from the delivery staff. in case FTV delivers substandard equipment.

Shipping charges are charged to the offending party.

Return goods or services:

After the customer has booked the service and we have delivered, if the customer wants to return the service, it must be 1 day notice.

FTV will refund money by bank transfer or cash after FTV recovers the device, Customer will bear the delivery fee.
