Usually, the Wi-Fi connection will only give you the speeds up to 25Mbps, which makes our Wi-Fi pretty fast! Please note: The download and upload speeds will vary depending on the location and number of people sharing the connection.

A 4G phone is not required to connect to our pocket Wi-Fi. All you need is a device with a Wi-Fi feature. The 4G connection only means that data will be transmitted at a faster speed, allowing you to surf the web much quicker. The only requirement is that your gadget can connect to Wi-Fi
You can return the Y54U’s sales set at the Song Viet retail counter and after sales staff process your return, you will get your deposit refund of USD $100. You will get the refund by the same payment method you made when you purchase the service.
