RETURNING YOUR POCKET WIFI

You can return the Y54U’s sales set at the Song Viet retail counter and after sales staff process your return, you will get your deposit refund of USD $100. You will get the refund by the same payment method you made when you purchase the service. That means, you would need to show your credit card used for the purchase for verification to get your refund. *Location: Shop#3, Arrival Hall, Tan Son Nhat International Airport Another way you can return your device is by dropping at your hotel reception counter. Self-addressed envelope is available at your hotel. Your hotel will deliver the Y54U parcel back to us. Upon processing and approval, you will get your refund to your credit card.

What happens if I send it back too late or if I lost my pocket wifi?

If the pocket wifi device or any of its accessories is lost damaged, we will deem it as you have purchased the item. You will have to pay for the cost (or sales price) in US dollar or in Vietnam Dong equivalent to the value in US dollar of the lost or damaged item. The price list of the items are as follows: Compensation Amount (USD) Pocket WiFi $60 Carrying case $10 Charging cable $5 Wall charger $5 Data SIM $20 However, if you opt to pay the hardware protection fees of US $2 at the time you order the service, you will be entitled to a 78% reduction of the penalty fees of the lost/damaged item.
